just because you buy something off a 'reputable' dealer doesn't mean it's necessarily any good,or better than getting it from elsewhere!
I think Pete's just demonstrating that as a trader he offers lots of good support and aftersales service and a wealth of knowledge, which you may not necessarily get from him if you buy goods elsewhere.
