Still been having problems getting my S1 running right, found the manifold is blowing between it and the turbo flange so decided to remove to fit a metal gasket (also the rad's leaking so removing that to get it pressure tested). Whilst I'm there going to check the wastegate and the actuator.
When I removed the boost hoses I've found oil in them, not just a bit, a fair amount (I could actually pour it out of the bottom boost hose

). There's oil in the metering unit, the turbo, the cross over pipe and in the inlet manifold. I take it this isn't normal and I may have a breather blockage somewhere, but it's fitted with one of the Bailey breather pots so though it'd be ok on this front.
Any advice no matter how trivial would be gratefully appreciated. I'm now that hacked off as it's never run right since I had it (tried getting it set up properly as well), that I'm considering off-loading it / breaking it and going German!!
