as i say there are plenty of ways to get somewhere and everyone has an opinion, just my 2p worth

IMO from what i have seen and been shown then you really have to be carefull of the fueling when porting the head as its not the best of our MFI cars

what do you mean how old are the leads? buy new ford ones for about £20
