a full tune

plugs ( YQC57C )
fully worked head
cam-kit
clutche
at this spec the turbo & gearbox should be fine im sure theirs cars out there running 200+ on std turbos & boxs.
std leads are excellent

dont personally like champion plugs but each to their own and whoever sets it up will choose the plugs anyway

dont need a worked head for 200hp.

speak to NMS for advice as they have always been excellent for me
what makes you say dont need a worked head for a REAL 200 brake, & how old are the last rs turbo ht leads????????
