to get a good reliable 200 brake think this recommended spec would be good :-

a full tune
upgraded chip & actuator
bigger intercooler or even a chargecooler
cone filter
exhaust
ht leads 8MM or above ( stds are crap )
plugs ( YQC57C )
fully worked head
cam-kit
clutche
at this spec the turbo & gearbox should be fine im sure theirs cars out there running 200+ on std turbos & boxs.
