I have a problem downloading mpgs off the net.

It seems that it only dowloads around 10% or 11% then pops up dowload complete which it obviously isnt. Every time i try it wont get any further than 11%.

I then have to start all over again

I run Windows XP and use Int Explorer.

Anyone?
