Due to the smoke i occasionaly am seeing out of the tailpipe i decided to check my turbo and theres around 2 to 3mm of endfloat which is not good-boo!

So i called at my local turbo specialist he says he could supply me rebuild kit for £200 (360 Thrust etc) and check balance for £50 or he could do the job for £350+vat but i have a funny feeling it will be a lot more once hes cleaned this/polished that etc so i thought sod it ill do it myself just get him to rebalance the thing for me,now ive spoke to a few ppl who have rebuilt there own running up to 20 psi and have got away with it creating a reliable unit but as mine is hitting 34 psi its more crucial to be perfect.So this is why i will get the thing checked over after.
