Whats best? ive been on Vodafone pay as you go for about 7 years now

Now ive started using my mobile quite a lot its costing me about £20 a month in credit, im looking for a 12 month contract with as many minutes as possible for little monthly payment, i dont send texts, id rather pick up the phone!

Ideally id also like a Samsung D900 or E900 to replace my D500 lol

Any help people, i really dont know what im doing!
