I remember the drive home well even after 8yrs of ownership !!!..

I was soo excited, I got all trembly ..lol..

The sierra I had was a 1.8 Diesel !....... so this was to be a bit scary
in comparison

I drove home with the biggest smile on my face, but very cautiously..

I put my foot to the floor and jumped straight back off as I hit a ton
In no time all at all...

Once I got home picked up the g/f from work, filled the tank up and drove it
All weekend, went every where in it for the next three years, used it for
work everyday, went to Scotland,cornwall etc...

She was standard then, with a measily 220BHP. Reliable as any car.

But the tuning bug set it, and oh dear ...
