Default Carb calculations

Hi, I now know how to size up an american carb to a engine using the following formula-

CFM = ((Cubic Inch Capacity x Max RPM)/3456 x VE%)

where VE% + amount of air used by engine (Usually 100% so VE% = 1)

But my question is how do you convert the likes of a Weber 45 DCOE into CFM's just as a comparison, or vice versa.

Hope you can Help.
