Good advice from James about using clay - this should be your first port of call for sorting out rough, contaminated paintwork. If it's pretty bad, consider using a stronger bar than the Meg's one, as the stronger ones are more effective.

AG don't even make a finishing wax (their finishing product is a sealant), and the Meg's GC wax is not a good effort. NXT isn't a true wax, it's more of a multistep product, containing some cleaning and sealing abilities.

If it's a real wet look you're after, introduce a true glaze into your process - like ClearKote Red Moose Glaze - and use a quality finishing wax designed to give a wet look - ClearKote Carnauba Moose Wax will work well on Magenta.
