get a 2.0-> 1.5 downgrader
then put devhook on the psp, the auto installer one is easiest for you

then you drop isos in your iso folder on the psp using a usb cable.

switch on, go to memory card, then dev hook, then pick the iso you want to play

(make sure the isos are rips of games that you already own )
