hello all, i sold a guy a 2.6 AMD cpu on ebay and sent it to him on the 26th october, he has only just emailed me to say he hasent recieved it, i did not sent it registered post as it was only worth 30 quid, but the thing is he cud easy just say he dident recieve it hoping to get his money and the cpu ? i no now to make sure i send everything registrerd post, but not to sure what to do as it could give me a bad feed back is it better to just learn from this and pay him ? or is this a scam ?
