The Weber stuff is very good, after all Colin Macrae has it on his MkII Escort

BUT.... you can only take it to a Weber approved centre to have it set up and there are only a few around the country.

Not a bad product at all, just short sighted of Weber not to make their mapping software available to people.

Depends on how much you want to dick with it once its set up really and how far you want to travel to get it set up.

If the unit itself is cheap then it may be worth putting what has been saved towards getting it set up.

Dont let people tell you the product itself is shit as its derrived from the production car ECU's that Weber Marelli were doing like the Cossie ecus... in fact the early units came in the same box as the Cossie ECU's.

Also make sure the unit is a newer type that can be mapped with windows, the DOS based ones are a pain in the dong to map as it take so long up loading and downloading changes.
