Yes I understand what you need. I can't remember what software will do that though as we haven't had a customer who wanted us to fleet manage their trucks for a while now (most of our work is now from fleet maintenance management companies like Lex (now Fraikin), TLG, Asset Co, NSN ect).

I think the EVO software will do it but I think it might be expensive for what you want.

If you want a cheap solution, Microsoft Outlook can flag up shedules...
