as cossie604 said is the way to go
my m8 came and took mine out a couple off weeks ago.
i didnt have a clue how to take it out and was surprised how easy it was to take out.
it took him just over an hour with me doing the spanner passing
i took all the tanks and shiny bits off before he started so nothing got scrachted.

as you can see its a lot easyer to take everything off when removed from the car
