i am tempted to get a pannel filter but surley by letting more air through, the filter proccess must be worse, so resulting in wear on the turbos blades and cylinder bores?

i have had them in my non turbos but they are not forced induction like the turbos.

any opinions?

1 garage said just dont use a filter!!!! needless to say i did not take up his recomendation. he really thought it would do no harm!!
