I’ve had this problem now for 16 years. When I was diagnosed, it was quite rare, but now more and more people are suffering from it. Think the stresses of life don’t help sometimes…..

My sugar levels were getting near 0 at times when normal people would be flat on their backs!, and I was still walking around or be it not feeling too good, i.e. shakes etc

My advise is, carry on as normal, don’t worry about it, just keep some sweets/biscuits at hand just encase you do feel low, as it’ll take longer to get over it if you do collapse than if you prevent it…
