Right, so;

dual vga gfx pci card
dvb-t pci card
monitor
length of vga monitor cable

and I should be sorted?

Now, can my PC handle that? 2.8 P4 (533 FSB, L2 cache - I think), 1.5gb RAM, XP Home SP2.

Reckon all that would be cheaper than an LCD freeview TV?
