get the fattiest, greasiest thing you can find down your cake hole mate. burgers, chips, pizza, bacon sandwishes, kebab...whatever
sit down with that and plenty of water and you'll be fine in an hour!
little tip though, get something greasy before you go to bed, and drink loads of water like tony said! if your anything like me you'll still be pissed up in the morning but wont be ill/headachey!
