I've found they respond differently to different grades of plastic though. I like to keep a supply of various different plastic trim products because of this. For some reason, PB's Trim Restorer works the best by miles on my Saff, but does not perform well on my Lotus. However, on the plastics on the Lotus, ClearKote Vinyl and Rubber Treatment out performs anything else i have ever tried by some margin
