if you're replacing a 2wd head with a 4x4 head then :

the temp senders for the temp gauge are in different positions (2wd front drivers side, 4x4 rear pasenger side)

the 4x4 head doesn't have the mounts for the turbo damper - if you're using a 2wd exhaust manifold, you'll need to use something like the Bailey turbo damper

you'll need to use the 2wd thermostat housing, unless you fit a 4x4 water pump

you'll need to blank off the turbo oil feed if using the 2wd feed pipe, or screw the oil pressure sender straight into the block if using the 4x4 oil feed pipe
