how is the water pumped around the charge cooler system??
via a seperate electric water pump located inside the passenger wheel arch behine the airbox assy!!...these retail at over £1600 from ford!
you can buy them for approx £100 on the net!


does changing the charge cooler rad for an uprted one make a big difference??
Yes in the engine running temperature as the turbo charged air is cooler being put back through the engine...possibly a little gain in power too!
