I have changed the quadrant to a new one but it keeps doing it
The 3dr quadrant is diff to the saph... one of them has more leverage. one is white and one is yellow (not sure which is which though)... maybe this might help?
Either that or... manually adjust the ratchet a few clicks to the best position for you, then drill a small hole in the rachet and another in the Paul(spelling) and feed a small cable tie through to stop it jumping off when you do the animal like gear changes.. lol
