im on a fat burner too....
ive not gone on a dite but cut out alot of shit foods
(altho a burger and few pints are still in there for sundays
)
The advise i was given was 40 to 60 min cardio 5 times a week
YOU DO NOT have to work your bollcoks off with it its all about stamina no fast running or cycling or anything like that
u burn just as much fat walking as u do running
(Calories = fast, Fat = Slow)
im currently doing 30 mins bike and 10 min walk before doing heavy body part trainning.
personaly im not intereted in losing any weight im only 15st but do wanna lose me belly and love handles (there huge considering im not that heavy
