Just whip it off and unscrew the motor from the housing, you will soon know if its working or not, should be springy and free moving.
The MAP sounds right.
Have you got a vacuum gauge, that should tell you a lot if you have an air leak.
relief the map sounds ok as was a bit worried about buying stuff off fleabay,will have a look at the icsv as cant really see a leak around the inlet but will check a bit more thouroghly tomorrow as its baby sitting night tonite as the missus is working lol,have got a vaccum/fuel pressure/boost gauge strangely enough but dont know how to work it
use it to set boost as it is far more accurate than the 20 quid ones you can buy lol,where do i connect it and what kind of reading is ok mate
