Yes, it is wrong to throw paint on somebodys car...but it wasn't the first of the wrongs...but wasn't as imaginative as you'd expect from somebody like Bam...probably so he wouldn't get prosecuted for it I suppose if it's emulsion and comes off...
Putting the windows out and covering it in paint is still 'criminal damage' technically punishable by up to 2 years in the clink. Although that punishment seems reserved for people killing Gato's, anything else would be a mere slap on the wrist

At the end of the day though, he wouldn't have had a ''revenge attack'' had he not messed with somebody elses property. Two wrongs don't make a right...at least the 2nd wrong was in some way premeditated...
