Thats quite good then.

Only reason i asked this was to see if you had lots of crap running in the background as this can slow a pc down aswell, but your cpu is hardly working to do those 3 things which is very good sometimes if a pc has a virus or is running shit then you might not be running anything yet the cpu will read 50-60% usage, not good. Get it now
By the way, zonealarm, nod32, they would be classed as "process", same as things like your web browser and msn, there all classed as a process, you have 46 of these, most of which are things you and me wouldnt understand that windows needs to run and stuff
