Iv noticed that most of the housings crack around the wastegate hole so what iv done with the new housing is lightly dremeled the sharp edges around the hole and then polished it with a fine peice of wet and dry to relive the edge which helps prevent the cracking of the hole. i bet if you look at you turbo you will see the cracking starts where the edge is sharp or slightly out of shape. Use to do the same thing for the same reason when i was a toolmaker. Works a treat
