What boost can you run on 7.4:1

depends on many factors, whether the KE Jet has been modified & how your chip is programed, how much Ignition advance/retard etc etc.

Can you run more boost still using the bosh KE.

More than standard YES! How much more depends on the rest of the spec of your engine, tubo, intercooler, exhaust etc etc.
