well i'm already slim - 6'2" and 11.5stone approx
good healthy balanced diet, i drink plenty of water, take vitamins etc. don't wanna lose any weight really (maybe just a little fat on my stomach to get those abs showing more, but there's not much on there at all). just looking to put on pure lean muscle and tone up a lot. bigger pecs/arms and rock hard abs etc. at the minute it's just being bothered to exercise/work out! did ok over summer, was going pretty much every day for about a month with only the help of a well balanced high protein diet and shakes. was just starting to get into it, felt up for going every day and i'm back at uni now. it's all gone out the window
i'm a lazy student bum again now. can rarely be bothered to walk up the street, never mind do anything strenuous. got some of that ultimate orange rush energy drink anyway and some maximuscle viper bars. will give them a go along with earlier nights and more sleep, see if that helps. hopefully once i'm back into a routine i'll be more up for it
