at the moment we both have seperate ntl accounts aswell

router is not registered .. didnt know it had to be

i spent 30 minutes to ntl once ... talking me through everything i had already done ...
only to be told that it needed to be taken to pc world as it needed fixing

foned back the next day to complain and spoke to some bloke wwho told me it was a firewall problem and i needed to reeta few hings .. i did that and it worked
