ok .. latest update

i am sat upstairs killing the 1 meg bandwidth


she has no connection .. so i stop mine and disconnect from the network..
go and check everything .. its all ok .. so now im totally confused .. she still has no internet but mine is fine upstairs
mine is connected to the router via wireles hers is a direct cable connection...

so .. if i have internet so should she .. in theory ...

im getting some stick here .... might have to fone ntl and see if they can help ..


biggest problem is its a set top box and not an actuall modem so i am not the biggest fan of everyone when i have to unplug the tv to reset it
