They don't sound very nice afterwards and it usually takes a few minutes for them to refill with oil . I am personally going for solid lifters, to make it safe.

I'm hoping to fill in what I expect to loose response wise with having to run these cams, with the Mountune roller-barrel inlet, and if necessary, 3.9 gearing to sharpen it up further. That way, I "hope" to get thebest of both worlds (obviously the slight increase in capacity will help) .
