if your headunit plays mp3s then just drop them on a cd.

if it doesn't, then they need to be .wav files, but nero and roxio both convert to wav on the fly so you just create an audio cd, select the mp3 tracks and the software will convert em (uncompress) them to wavs playable on any cd player
