Has to be something people can remember, not sure of McGlade is easy to remember but if someone said McGlade to you would you remember McGlade or McLade? Also good if you can buy the web address to go with it.

General advice is don't name it after yourself as you've tied the companies brand equity directly to you so without you the business is worth little.

Also think about whether or not you wish to stay in the same market segment, do intend to specialise in laminate floors and tiling or would you like to expand?

Personally I'd be tempted with something like "Potteries Interiors" or "Stoke Foor & Walls" then come up with a strap line which focuses on what you actually want to sell so i.e. "Potteries Interiors - Specialists in flooring and tiling - www.potteriesinteriors.co.uk"
