Its not my solicitor, its the buyers. She's known to be the biggest pain in the arse and I'm getting totally frustrated with her.

I copied in her boss, our leaseholder and our solicitor for good measure. I'm also going to send a copy to the Estate Agent who has been really good about this and get him to forward it to the buyers aswell so they know what a complete tool they have employed.
