Its held on by two bars that slot into the front crossmember and theres a couple of bolts (one either side in front of the wheels) denpeding on how badly its come off you may find that one of the bars has detatched itself from the bumper. I had this happen on my rear one when someone clipped it in a car park. It wasn't the easiest thing to repair.
