The setup from late pumas or the zetec-s will bolt stright up to your hubs. They use a 258mm disc.
Or you coould get the bits off a v6 mondeo, early shape, drill out your hubs to 12mm, and get some 3mm spacers on there and youll have 278mm brakes.

For ease and availability go with the zetec-s/late puma.
