mate, that is with in spec , when you crank the engine did you have the throttle wide open ???? would explain mismatching readings ( 8 - 10 bar std, no more than 1 bar ( 14.7 psi - 1 bar ) indifference between cylinders
if you are still worried about the indifference then give a little drop of oil in the cyl just before you do the test again, this will tell you if you have a problem with piston ring / bore wear or if its a head / gasket problem ( it may smoke a bit on restart )
