thrust washers were replaced and i checked i put them in the right way round using the haynes

i took my time over stuff like that, double checking etc as I know I usually have a habit of rushing into things lol

bearings, i checked they were all the std size as thats what my crank was, just polished(my friend told me about that as he had that problem)
