Someone on here had a lug missing from the bottom pulley, same prob as you.

The injectors will not fire if there is anything wrong with the crank signal, a way to check is listen for the fuel pump working on cranking, as that also wont work if no crank signal The phase and crank signals need to be synchronised before the ecu allows fuel and spark, so something could be wrong with that and or, as well.
