These extreme builds are made for marketing and adveretising reasons. There is no way you can drive or seriously have motoring fun from such ill minded cars. Far below the word "extreme", my Ka previously had some ~129 hp @ wheels with the tweaked N/A 1.6 Zetec-S; it surely went fast if u pushed it hard, but it was a pain below 4-5k rpms, horrible mpg and relaiblity. Felt retarded when taking curves, either too weak or too powerful, so the good handling aspects of the car was beaten by oversteer. It was much much better when the Zetec-S engine was factory specced.

The best transplant on a car is the one that doesn't ruin the everyday fun, and still goes strong.

Of course, that's my opinion, who has ruined two fun-to-drive cars, a Pug 106GTI and a Ford Ka, just by taking both over 150 hp threshold. Can't emagine having 200+ on them. That's sick
