My instructions have worked perfectly for a couple of people Paul... Have you tried simply earthing the pinouts as a temporary measure on the fuse box as per them? just to get it running?

I also had issues with the car not turning over, but this was solved by giving another permanent earth to a wire coming out the fuse box which became loose upon removel of Wipac...

Try cranking the car via the multiplug next to the battery, ie giv it a live feed (wires for reverse light switch etc run off same plug) with the IGN on, see what happens
