You just know she will go to court and win though, just like that school pupil did who refused to wear standard school uniform that all other kids had to.
The company policy for BA ref the catholic woman is no jewellery! Its irrelevant that her choosen form of jewellery is religious symbolism, she is deliberately clouding the issue by bringing religion in to it.
No jewelry? So why did they say she could wear it but just not on display? Fair enough if this applies to all but if appears this is not the case today.
The point i was getting at is that IF muslims can bypass so many rules or dress codes that are set then why can't the catholic woman have it adjusted too.
