so you always get "you have encoutered a problem, do you want to report it?" every time you try to use it? even after you have restarted the pc? if so then go here http://www.filehippo.com/download_windows_media_player/ click on "download lastest version" at the top right in blue text and then install that and give it a try, you dont need to worry about the old version as the new one will just install over the top of it
