quite correct ronny i find using a product called pro plus (caffiene tablets) with asprin and ephidrine the best cutters.
there is also a product called hydroxycutz which i used with good effect for cutting up but obviously with reduced carbs and extra aerobics..
best thing to take if your struggling for energy in the gym is a rest!!! take a week off come back with renewed vigour as your sleepin will be more productive as your actually resting instead of healing as it were
