Well, there's not a really a job spec as such but the other two are now qualified Brokers with licences so they can operate legally (rare for round here ).
They will be generating the business, whereas im going to be responsible for pretty much everything else, issuing Share Purchase Agreements and Share Certificates, Banking, Transfers, keeping track of Clients Portfolios. Similar to what I do now but i'll have a lot more contact with the Clients, I just wont have to sell anything to them (which I hate lol).
I wont need to monitor the Stock Market too much, thats the Brokers job, i'll just have to be aware of the basics, when Companies are about to be floated etc.....

I'll basically be keeping the backbone of the business in check and the boys will be writing the business.
Our main office in Gibralter is just about ready to go, but for the first month or so we're going to operate as a satellitte office to keep costs down.
