The wheelbase does have an influance on traction, and yes the Festa does have an advantage.
But the biggest issue on traction is power delivary and due to spec of my turbo unit it only delivers a small amount of boost between 3 and 4 thousand rev so it comes in with quite a force at 4200 so light the tyres up.
I would be going to Santa Pod this Sunday but I now have to work!!
i'm down the pod on sunday with a spare set of driveshafts bloody keep on breaking them, will need to get some practise in to improve on my Previous times, but i have major traction problems at the pod.
