I've pulled the zetec crank out of the shed only to find surface rust on the journals. I've polished them up but i can still see pitting so what i need to know is am i better off getting this crank re-ground or just getting another crank?

Also what are the standard oversized bearing sizes, so that i can have the crank ground to the correct size.
